Each project comes with roof sections by direction and pitch, usable area, an estimated panel count and system size, plus usage, roof age and shade.
De-identified bid packets
You quote from a clean project profile with city and ZIP. Contact details come when the homeowner picks you, with a consent that names your company.

No subscription and no fee to quote. You pay an introduction fee when a homeowner selects your quote and asks to connect.
No lead blasting
Each project goes to up to 4 licensed installers, never resold, never shared with a call center.

Partner standards
The rules every partner follows
Homeowners trust the ranking because the rules are the same for everyone. They're in our partner agreement.
- An active contractor license that covers solar work, and general liability insurance.
- Calls and texts only as the homeowner agreed, during reasonable hours, with no prerecorded or AI-voice calls unless you get that consent yourself.
- Honor STOP and any opt-out we pass to you within one business day.
- Never resell homeowner information, and never try to identify a homeowner from a project profile.
- Quote honestly: no federal homeowner tax credit on systems the homeowner would own in 2026, dealer fees and escalators disclosed, production claims you can stand behind.
- In California, give homeowners the Solar Energy System Disclosure Document and the CPUC Solar Consumer Protection Guide before they sign.
